Changing the World...

Kim Brassor, MA
Executive Coach • Cultural Strategist • Founder, One Voice Evolving

Kim Brassor is a leadership coach, recovery advocate, and communications strategist who equips individuals and institutions to navigate transformation with clarity, courage, and compassion. Her life’s work bridges the executive suite and the recovery circle - meeting people at the intersection of human behavior, spiritual alignment, and systemic equity.

With over 25 years in organizational development, HR leadership, and executive coaching - spanning industries from healthcare to manufacturing to high-level management consulting - Kim has seen the game from the inside. And she’s not playing it anymore. Starting from entry-level positions and rising to executive leadership, she learned a truth many know but few say aloud: unspoken stress, masked addiction, and systemic dysfunction thrive in silence.

It wasn’t until Kim faced her own addiction - rooted in overperformance and people-pleasing - that she began her deeper journey into recovery, not only from substances but from self-abandonment. Armed with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and senior HR certification (SPHR), Kim has since shaped succession plans, coached high-profile executives, negotiated with unions, and led cultural change across 10+ states.

Today, through her company Life By Design LLC and her podcast @OneVoiceEvolving, Kim helps individuals and organizations confront the addictions hidden in plain sight - addictions to perfection, control, productivity, and systems of inequity. She teaches that addiction, whether to substances or systems, is not weakness -it’s a signal. And recovery is not a moment - it’s a movement.

Her work lives at the intersection of voice, power, and presence -especially for women and change-agents tired of playing by the rules in rooms that weren’t built for them. Whether leading a keynote, moderating a raw panel conversation, or guiding a group through the discomfort of deconditioning, Kim doesn’t perform, she reveals: what’s true, what’s harmful, and what’s possible when we stop shrinking.

Kim brings a rare mix of backbone and compassion to every space she enters. She doesn’t just consult organizations, she calls them into accountability. She doesn’t just coach leaders, she helps them shed the masks they’ve been trained to wear. Her mission is simple but radical: to heal systemic inequity, dismantle self-sabotage, and restore the voice within, before it’s too late.
